SHIFT

The Right Brain Initiative is a program of the Regional Arts and Culture Council. Right Brain brings arts integrated education to 30,000 K-8 students throughout the Portland Metro area. For the third annual fundraiser and fashion competition, SH/FT: an experiment in fashion design was held on October 3rd, 2019.
